If you are self paying, we share session rates up front and offer a clear receipt you can submit for reimbursement. Because we keep intake windows short, most families begin within one to two weeks of the first call. Assessment spaces sometimes need a little more room on the calendar. We hold a small list for urgent concerns such as crisis, school refusal or a sudden major loss, so even a full week rarely means waiting long. Booking early in the intake window gives you the widest choice of clinician and time of day.

Expect a warm, unhurried hour. Your clinician will introduce the tray, review the goals together and begin building the relationship.
